Tin Cure Liquid Silicone Rubber

Tin Cure Liquid Silicone Rubber
Tin Cure Liquid Silicone Rubber
This is a two-component silicone rubber with high tensile strength and excellent resistance to high temperatures (up to 450C). Almost completely non-shrinking.
Although these rubbers inhibit with sulfur, amines and sulphides, this can be avoided altogether by accelerating the curing process by raising the temperature (but which can affect shrinkage) or by using a special accelerator (Syl-off 4000 catalyst).
Ready-made molds are ideal for casting epoxy resins, fusible metals (tin alloys), polyurethanes and waxes. Among them, there is a wide selection in color (transparent, used for the manufacture of waxes, in industrial prototyping, etc.)
Silicone rubbers can be thinned with silicone oil (liquid DC 200 (50cst)) to make them more fluid and elastic.
Silicones can also be dyed well with dry or pasty dyes.

Two-component silicone rubber, cold curing, high elongation, green, non-shrinking, soft, low viscosity,
(900g base 90g hardener) (room t), Lasil-S (830-197)
High strength platinum catalyzed silicone rubber for mold making Tin Cure Liquid Silicone Rubber
Silicone rubber LASIL S (Silastic S) is a two-component material consisting of a SILASTIC S base, which, when mixed with the hardening agent SILASTIC S, vulcanizes at room temperature by an addition reaction.
Can be used at home.
